Choosing a Can of Tuna

On Saturday, best chum Tea was headed over to help me in my never-ending quest to organize myself. A lunch was promised, so I headed out to the store. Even the local Rite-Aid had a dizzying array of cans to choose from. I picked one of each of the water-packed cans of Bumble Bee and brought them home. Here they are in all of their tuna-y glory.

Here's the tuna salad receipe that I used on Saturday:
Gently drain the tuna. (Squeeze it a little.)
Dump all of the tuna in a bowl. (3 cans)
Add about 2-3 big forkfulls of sweet relish. (Use fork to drain relish juice out a bit.)
Glob in a big glob or two of mayo. (Use a soup spoon.)
Add a Lemon Flavor Crystals packet. (= to 1/4 lemon)
Stir.
Add some more relish if ya wanna.
Stir.

Serve on Arnold's bazillion grain healthy bread. (Toasted)

Add a side of fruit salad.
